What's most useful to send
- "My state isn't covered." Tell us which one and which insurers you have. We use these to prioritize coverage rollout.
- "This price doesn't match what I was charged." Send the procedure, the date, and what happened. We can't intervene with your provider, but we can investigate whether our data is off.
- "This procedure isn't in your search." Tell us what you searched for and what you couldn't find. It helps us prioritize what to add.
- "I'm a researcher / journalist / employer benefits manager." We're happy to talk about access, partnerships, and bulk data needs.
Response time: Usually 1-3 business days. We're a small team — we'll get back to you, but not instantly.
